All Fulton Schools families need to complete their beginning-of-the-year forms online through FinalForms!
Whether your student is in elementary, middle, or high school, ALL parents need to log in and sign forms for the upcoming school year.
How to complete your setup:
1️⃣ Check your inbox for your FinalForms invitation email.
2️⃣ Click the link in the email to sign in (or log into your existing account if you already use it for athletics).
3️⃣ Review, update, and electronically sign your student’s forms for the year.
If you can't find your invite or need technical assistance, visit https://fultonpirates-mi.finalforms.com/ and click "Get Help" in the bottom-right corner.

Middle school yearbook update!
The first day of Fall Sports practices is quickly approaching. All student-athletes must have a current physical on file with the school in order to participate. MHSAA regulations state that the physical must have been administered after April 15, 2026 to be considered current. We are working with UM Health Sparrow to offer an opportunity for student-athletes to get theirs done free of charge. It will take place here at Fulton High School on Friday, August 7th from 1-4 pm. You do not need to sign up. It will be first come, first serve basis. Any questions, contact our Athletic Director at koutzm@fultonpirates.net.
Schedules for grades 6–12 are now officially available to view in PowerSchool!
The office will reopen on August 3rd if you need assistance with PowerSchool.
Please keep in mind that student schedules were built based on the course selections made last spring.
Schedule Adjustments: Because schedules were tailored to your/your student's original requests, schedule changes will only be made for the following specific reasons:
Duplicate Class: You have already taken and passed a class currently listed on your schedule.
Credit Recovery: You need to recover a full core credit (Math, Science, English, or Social Studies).
Note: If you adjust your schedule, you will be required to take an in-person class with a live teacher. You cannot drop an in-person class for an online course.
Program Drop: You wish to drop a CTE or Dual Enrollment class.
How to Request a Change
If your situation meets one of the three criteria above, please schedule an appointment with Mr. Woodman to make adjustments before the first day of school. He is available on 8/4-8/7 and 8/12. Use the link in your email to book an appointment.
