Good morning elementary families. We are happy to let everyone know that the book fair is off to a great start and students have been previewing what is available. Students will be shopping until Thursday during the school day. If you are interested in shopping after school hours with your students we will be staying open on Thursday from 3:15 p.m. until 4:00 p.m. Also, please note that we will not have the bookfair open during grandparents day on Friday, but we are planning to have it open from 10:15 to 11:00 if grandparents would like to shop with their grandchildren.

Our first free books from the vending machine were awarded last week. These children were all great listeners and helpers during Library time. Big thanks to Great Start Collaborative of Gratiot/Isabella Counties and Sleeping Dog Books for this wonderful addition to our program. Look for more winners to come!!

Our cadet teacher - Dayten Lambert
Ms. Rench's cadet teacher, Dayten Lambert, created a fun math center for the kindergarteners to practice making addition and subtraction number sentences. The students were excited to practice their math skills!
