The JV FB game scheduled for tonight @ CC-C has been canceled.

Day #3 of National Bus Safety Week! Today we are passing along some safety tips for drivers. Did you know that school buses are like traffic signals? *Prepare to stop when a slowing bus has its overhead yellow lights flashing *Stop at least 20 feet away from buses when red lights are flashing unless driving in the opposite direction on a divided highway *Slow down in or near school and residential areas *Look for clues-such as safety patrols, crossing guards, bicycles, and playgrounds- that indicate children might be in the area *Watch for children between parked cars and other objects *Use additional caution in bad weather.

Please join us Friday, October 20th at 5:30pm in the elementary gym, then to the football game. We will be honoring our Veterans, and those who are fighting the battle with cancer. Our Veterans and cancer fighters will get a free meal, a free ticket to the game and a lot of Fulton spirit. For $5 you can enjoy a meal before the game and share with those we are honoring this evening. There will be baked goods and candy apples for sale too.

It's Day #2 of National School Bus Safety Week! Did you know that school buses are the safest transportation method for kids? Students are 70 times more likely to get to school safely by bus vs. car. Here are some safety tips for keeping kids safe in and around the school bus.

National School Bus Safety Week Starts Today! We at Fulton Schools take our role in ensuring the safety of your children as they travel to and from school very seriously. For your part, you can help by making sure your children and students know the basic school bus safety rules. Follow us this week as we pass along helpful bus safety tips that you as students, parents, educators, and motorists can use to help keep everyone safe.

Get ready, next week is National School Bus Safety Week! This year's theme is "Safely Rolling to My Destination" What is School Bus Safety Week? School Bus Safety Week is celebrated during the third full week of October each year. This annual event is a great way to bring school bus drivers, students, parents, educators, and motorists together to raise awareness of the importance of school bus safety. Be on the lookout all next week as we will be sharing helpful school bus safety tips.

Fulton athletics is running a cancer week next week during the VB and FB contests. We are going to be doing a fundraiser for Hank, who is a little boy in our school system battling Leukemia. We are asking everyone to wear orange to our HS sporting events next week in honor of Hank and his battle of Leukemia. We will be passing around a bucket to help the family during the contests. The Food Service Department will be selling caramel apples at the FB game as well. If you won't be attendance at the contests and want to make a donation, please drop it off to the MS/HS office. Checks can be made to Fulton Schools. Thank you to one of our 7th grade student's, Savannah Wesenberg, for the design of the shirts!

Fulton Elementary welcomed the Perrinton Fire Department today. They presented fire safety concepts to students in grades K-2. The firefighters gave our K-2 students a homework assignment to make an escape plan with their families in case of emergency
