Fulton Schools is hosting a Sports Physical Clinic this Friday, May 10th, from 1-4 PM. Please see flier below. If your student plans to get their sports physical completed, there are forms that must be filled out prior to the clinic. The forms can be picked up in the office or email trefilb@fultonpirates.net. The sports physicals will be good for next school year.
