Fulton Schools is excited to announce our free Sports Physical and Vaccine Clinic here on campus. It will be held at the High School on tomorrow: Friday, May 12th from 1 pm-4 pm.
Students will need the Physical Form along with the Registration form that will need to be filled out before they arrive at the clinic.
Immunizations will be billed to your insurance so make sure you bring your insurance card with you.
**If the parents won’t be there, they have to sign a consent form for either the sports physical and/or the immunizations. They should have their MHSAA form filled out and signed. Also, our demographics sheet will need to be filled out

It is a teacher and staff appreciation week at Fulton Middle and High School. We also want to thank all the families that helped stock out the lounge for our staff this week. Our staff is amazing, and we appreciate your help supporting them.

The National Honors Society planned a wonderful day of community service for the middle school students. Thank you to all the staff and students that made today a success.
The high school and middle school bands will be hosting their spring concert tonight, in the high school gym. The concert begins at 6:30 p.m. and is open to the public. There is no admission charge for this event. Please join us for a night of great music performed by Fulton musicians.

Tomorrow, Thursday 5/4 is the return of Rock the Block from 11-1:30. The NHS has planned a community service afternoon for 6-8th graders. They are asking students to bring labeled rakes and work gloves if possible. If you wish to opt your student out of this event, please contact the MS/HS office, and they will be assigned to the library. Please dress for painting and cleaning.

Fulton Middle and High School is seeking volunteers to help supervise our lunch room from 10:30-11:10 and 11:50–12:30 daily. We are currently booking the rest of the school year.
Each person must complete and submit a background check form to the office the week before. You only need to complete the background check once a year.
